BluePaw's QuicknEasy Droplet Tutorial

Since there was some interest on how I did my tears in the most resent piece that I posted, I thought I'd make a quick tutorial about my process.  I also was really ready to do this because I had a lot of trouble finding an easy way to do it myself.  I'd looked through tutorial after tutorial and eventually just merged a whole bunch. (simplified them of course)  And ANY drawing program can use this, just with different colors instead of layering.

The black lettering is the most important.  The white are just my (hopefully) helpful tips. :>

Keep in mind, this is by no means the only way to do it. This is just how I draw this stuff. My personal way.
